Not only did I NOT receive word from Storm 8 after contacting them about what to do or how to get back to my original game, but am upset I must start back at ZERO for a THIRD TIME. I would have loved to have given Castle Story 5 Stars BUT I have been unable to enter back into this game, (I upgraded cell phone from a 6 to a 12) that I have been playing (& paying!) for the last 5 yrs, having reached Level 50 (at same level for quite some time since there aren’t any levels past 50!). In addition, Castle Story may link to social media services, such as Facebook, and Storm8 will have access to your information through such services.
